Do you charge sales tax?

For all orders billed in the state of Massachusetts, a sales tax of 6.25% will be applied.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Online orders are processed within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. Transit time within the continental US is between 1-7 business days dependent on destination.

 

What shipping methods do you use?

We ship via USPS, UPS and FEDEX from our warehouse in Newton, Massachusetts.

What is your Return Policy?

We aim to provide 100% satisfaction with both our products and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please initiate the return/exchange within 7 business days of the date of receipt. Only unused, undamaged, and complete items in their original packaging are eligible for a refund. Discounted items are final sale.

Items eligible for return must be purchased from www.faux-designs.com and be accompanied by a copy of the original packing list or receipt.

​

Due to the delicate nature of our gift wrap, this product is not eligible for return or exchange.

Are you environmentally friendly?

Yes our products are manufactured using 100% wind power and are printed with environmentally friendly vegetable inks on paper that contains 30% post consumer waste and is FSC Certified.
